I have been using this product for over a year now and must say that it has been wonderful. Living in northern Ohio, where we wake up to six inches of “partly cloudy” on a regular basis, or continuous overcast skies from lake effect clouds, we definitely don’t get enough D3 for most of the year. This product tastes great and is so easy to use, too!
I believe it has helped my immune system this winter, too. My daughter came home over the holidays with a cough and congestion, and nobody in the house caught it! I normally suffer from bronchitis or sinusitis before the new year, and more times before summer. I have not had any problems since I started using D-3 spray along with saline nasal rinse. I always reorder this before my supply runs out, and I don’t leave home without it when I travel!
